Staying healthy to me means taking care of myself physically, mentally, and spiritually and reminding myself each day that nothing is worth sacrificing my health and happiness.
I try to eat balanced meals, but always have dessert. I try to exercise regularly, and when I do I make it fun. I get plenty of rest. I stay busy, but know when I need to relax.
I spend time with friends, family and my dog. They keep me grounded and love me unconditionally and that’s why I choose to have them in my life.
I keep a positive attitude and continuously challenge myself to achieve new goals. I remember each day how grateful I am to be alive and most of all I take time to laugh and smile, every day.
