
I don't over eat.
I educated myself on the nutritional value of food in general and apply that knowledge to my everyday life. Calories are proportional to my height and they are filled with the vitamins, minerals, etc. that are necessary to keeping me healthy.
I try not to play mind games with myself when it comes to eating. It's THAT important to me.

I want to also stress that exercise is vital to my physical health and keeping an open mind is the main way I keep my emotional state as upbeat as possible. I tell myself as often as possible that I am not perfect. ;-)
