Tony Bradford, Program Manager for Black Brothers Esteem, discusses the San Francisco AIDS Foundation's community-based program to empower gay and bisexual African-American men who live in the Tenderloin/Polk Gulch and Sixth Street Corridor neighborhoods of San Francisco.
