Living a healthy lifestyle is a choice.
Patience is of the essence in making transitions or changes in one's life and I can honestly say that knowing and understanding patience has been a principle key for my healthy lifestyle.
Also important is being in an environment where I feel comfortable to be who I am. The more I surround myself with people that are striving for similar goals, the more success I find.
As a professional dancer and group fitness instructor, being active is very important. I love my job and being able to inspire people towards a healthier lifestyle is amazing! Even more amazing is seeing those transitions and changes happen right in front of my eyes. That is what I call a true inspiration or real, true gift!
Last but not least, I believe that a healthy lifestyle cannot be achieved without the help of family and friends. Life is full of challenges, obstacles, and barriers. Always slightly uncomfortable, but it is up to us to live it to the fullest and make it a truly enjoyable and healthy journey!
