I stay healthy by riding my
"fixed gear" bike all over the city
on a regular basis.
In addition, I always stay active and healthy by aimlessly walking around the city, listening and dancing to my favorite djs at the local bars/clubs, eating my leafy dark greens/brown rice, people watching, walking/shopping and living life in the city.
I really try to incorporate health into my daily ritual, since I know it wouldn't work otherwise.
