I stay healthy by riding my
"fixed gear" bike all over the city
on a regular basis.
I incorporate biking into my professional, social and personal schedules, since it's the only way to fit exercise into my hectic routine. Also, it just makes me feel good, releases endorphins and is overall, plain cute!
In addition, I always stay active and healthy by aimlessly walking around the city, listening and dancing to my favorite djs at the local bars/clubs, eating my leafy dark greens/brown rice, people watching, walking/shopping and living life in the city.
I really try to incorporate health into my daily ritual, since I know it wouldn't work otherwise.
