How is DeAnte Jones healthy?

A healthy mind and body are vital to me.
I make sure to find ways not to jeopardize that.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is something that has been important to me since I can remember. I've always known what I wanted to pursue in life as far as career goals/dreams, and I know that health can be something that can effect those dreams if not taken care of the correct way. A healthy mind and body are vital to me. I make sure to find ways not to jeopardize that. There are several health decisions that I make daily, keep me healthy and happy.

I usually start the day off with 2 glasses of water. Not only does it wake me up and is refreshing, but it's also recommended. Water should be a heavy part of everyone's diet. Soft drinks that are loaded with sugar and acids are a NO for me when shopping for refreshments. I tend to go for Bottled waters, 100% Natural Juices or Flavored waters with little calories in substitution.

Eating one complete meal in a day's time also helps w/ being healthy. We've been told 3 meals a day is the right way to go. I've found that snacking on healthy treats throughout the day and eating a hearty/healthy meal in the afternoon is better for me b/c i stay full w/ out eating 3 meals. Wash it all down w/ water and I'm sure you'll feel more energetic and less sluggish at night.

I always make sure to use protection when engaging in any sexual activity that can result in an unhealthy lifestyle. I promote the use of safe sex wherever I can b/c it is an issue that is that important to our society. Young men around the world are living unhealthy lives due to choices that were made when having sex, I will not let that to happen to me.

Practicing these steps in everyday life helps me maintain good health and a clear head. Don't hold yourself back from truly experiencing life's joys by not maintaining a healthy lifestyle. It's one of the few things we CAN control on this earth so why not do it the right way?
