Grease Guns and Lube Launchers - making anal sex easy, breezy

LifeLube was surfing porn and politics over the weekend and came upon a product called The Lube Launcher on the adam4adam website. The Launcher is gadget designed to make it easier to apply the lube of your choice prior to the ole anal in-and-out.

Not only does the device look handy AND dandy, but we were especially interested by it in terms of rectal microbicides - anti-HIV products in development that could be inserted into sexual lubricants and provide protection in the absence of condoms. There is a lot of research going on to develop an applicator to deliver such a rectal microbicide once one is approved - and we think researchers just might want to check out the devices that are out there already. No one really thinks about getting a "dose" of lubricant - right - but rectal microbicides will need to be applied in very specific quantities to be effective. A Lube Launcher could be just the ticket.
