There are many things that I do to stay healthy. The good part is that most of what I do is everyday tasks that I enjoy doing. Activities such as working out, playing tennis and walking the dogs are things that keep me healthy and strong as well as happy. I always make sure I get annual check ups, rather it be for my overall well being or for things such as HIV and STDs.
Another major part of staying healthy is the support I get from my spirituality, friends, family and loved ones. I know that my loved ones want to see me healthy and happy and that motivates me to do so. A majority of my health revolves around my partner and two sons, ages 14 and 17. They are the reason I stay motivated in being healthy. We enjoy hanging out as a family and just having fun, so maintaining my health will benefit me in the long run for my children, partner and myself.
By working out, staying fit, getting annual check ups and receiving the support of God and my loved ones I stay healthy...
