How is Antoine Bates healthy?

I am healthy because I believe in not allowing things to stress me.

When I begin to get stressed i take long walks along the beach and listen to music to relax my nerves, because no one is important enough to to give all my energy to when a situation isn't going my way.

I also find myself staying healthy by educating myself about different ailments and how to avoid them. Education is first in fighting any battle. The more I educate myself the more I can educate others and then not only does it keep me healthy but it helps others keep themselves healthy.

We all make mistakes but it is up to each of us in dealing with our own health to learn from these mistakes and make goals for ourselves to keep each one of us healthy. Because you are your own biggest health care advocate, if you don't care about your own body how can anyone else care about it?

So if you have questions about something, ask someone! Don't allow anything to go unanswered in life, because life's too short.
