How is Jack Mackenroth healthy?

I am healthy because I am involved in HIV education.

I have lived with HIV for more than 20 years now, and I know how important it is to maintain a positive outlook on life while effectively managing the disease.

My national HIV education campaign in partnership with Merck, Living Positive By Design, aims to combat the stigma associated with HIV but also encourages people to engage in thoughtful conversation about the condition.

It is important for people living with HIV to work with their doctor to find a treatment regimen that gets their viral load to an undetectable level and has minimal side effects so it is easier to stay on treatment. Living Positive By Design helps me - and many HIV-positive people - live positively by managing HIV effectively.
