Well I try not to smoke which tends to be a weakness of mine when I'm out. I've gotten down to about 2 pack of cigarettes a month.
I either Bike, Stretch, Rollerblade or exercise in some medium at least 4 times a week.
No matter what sort of diet I always eat these healthy and fresh ingredients. They are part of my diet with at least 2-4 servings of each per week: Yogurt, Kefir ( fruity cultured milk smoothie), Red Pepper, Carrots, Oranges, Ginger, Garlic, Tomatoes, Broccoli, Olive Oil, Oatmeal and Honey. I drink lots of water but I consume herbal teas as well as Black and Earl Grey tea (the femented tannins and bergamot in this tea are great antioxidants).
Everything in moderation. When my body sends me signs that I'm doing something wrong I get rest, drink lots of water and stick to a soup diet.
Most importantly I try to relax.
