How is Olumide Makanjuola healthy?

Most times I try as much as I can to make sure I understand myself well and don’t let others tell me... realizing that I am the only one who can know myself well.

Also I make sure that my physical life doesn’t connect with my religious life, so as not to make life hard for myself in terms of judging myself under religion.

I always make sure that I have time to rest so as not to break down, and most times I hang out with friends to talk about personal issue and get new ideas from each person experience. One of the things that keeps me going physically is going out to party and other ceremonies. I don’t miss these things because I find lot of happiness from them and they make me very healthy and feel good.

I don't joke about sexual health at all. Each time I notice a new thing in my system I rush straight to the hospital to find out what the cause and what to do.

Also I don’t let my emotional issues get me down... even though it does happen most times. But I always try to balance between my work and my emotional needs and not just let it overhwelm my life. I always try to make use that am very balance on my spiritual , emotional , physically and heath. Most of all I make sure am very balance between by work and my life, also time with people .
