Abstinence only works until the next time!
Is it true that the pregnancy rate for heterosexual couples attempting to use condoms is 17% ?... failing to use condoms diligently every single time from beginning to end with never ever even a tiny exception. The infection rate is even higher than the pregnancy rate.
