Thousand Waves celebrates Pride Month this year with a special self-defense workshop for LGBTQ people.
You will learn the Five Fingers of Safety
Mental, Communication, Positioning, Defensive and Healing strategies for dealing with:
- many types of heterosexist violence
- violence within same sex relationships
- other situations of disrespect, harassment,
- abuse and assault
