EXCHANGE: A Town Hall to Discuss Issues and Concerns about LGBT Immigrants Whether it’s legal issues regarding asylum and citizenship, issues concerning Bi-National couples, HIV and AIDs status, comunity resources, social services, support groups or social activities; you want to know how to use inclusive language to include LGBT people in immigration work; or, you simply want to become an ally-- We Want To Hear From YOU! This Town Hall will give an overview of the Law, provide resources of legal representation as well as community organizations currently working with immigrant populations, present the diversity of faces that exist within the LGBT immigrant population, and provide an opportunity for people to share what resources exist and programs are missing for LGBT immigrant populations.
