Photographed by famed Joe Oppedisano, with works featured on Queer As Folk & the cult classic movie Shortbus, as part of the 80's animations voices for Jem and the Holograms, his own record label and what most would consider the first openly gay man to succeed in R&B/Pop music, Ari Gold is taking on the musical word with brilliance.
Ari Gold has not only been out from the beginning of his career, but he also never shied away from making music that comes from his unique perspective as an openly gay man, something unprecedented in R&B/Pop music. On October 2nd, with the release of his third studio album, TRANSPORT SYSTEMS, Ari is about to embark on the most ambitious and what he hopes will be the most exciting chapter of his career to date. From his humble beginnings in the Bronx, New York, Ari had a taste for singing and fame. Discovered at the tender age of five, singing in his brothers' barmitzvah, Ari has evolved from his children's tunes and cuteness to a hot R&B sound and looks to go with it.
