WHY? C'mon: gay men, lesbians, bisexuals, transgendered folks and transsexuals… many of us like ass and bootysex! Straight people like it, and do it, too, hello. And we’re often well lubed when we do! Right now, lubricants do not need to be tested for safety before being sold. Some lubes commonly used for anal sex may not be as safe as others. By filling out the short survey, you will help scientists prioritize the next round of lubes that should be tested. Also, you will be giving valuable insights to researchers working on a new prevention technology called rectal microbicides.

WHO ARE WE? The International Rectal Microbicide Working Group (IRMWG) is a group of over 400 community advocates and researchers from 35 countries who are working to increase options for the prevention of HIV and sexually transmitted infections for the men and women around the world who have anal sex.
